About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Business Operations Systems & Technology to design, develop, and manage the systems driving our go-to-market (GTM) processes. With a focus on Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gainsight, this role requires a strong technical foundation, a consulting mindset, and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in simplifying complexity, optimizing cross-functional workflows, and aligning systems with business goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the configuration, development, and optimization of Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gainsight to support GTM operations, including to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Design and maintain a connected tech stack through API integrations, ensuring seamless data flow across tools.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of prospecting and sales motions to build systems that help teams work faster and smarter.
  • Administer and optimize databases for accuracy, structure, and reporting quality.
  • Approach technical challenges with a bias toward simplification, delivering user-friendly, scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, tailor solutions, and ensure alignment between systems and strategic objectives.
  • Deliver tailored solutions through custom development where standard tools fall short.
  • Develop, communicate and execute a strategic vision for an optimized, future-state systems architecture that supports scale and evolving business needs.

Who You Are

  • 6–10 years of experience managing GTM systems and technology.
  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot; working knowledge of Gainsight.
  • Proficiency in database management, custom development, and API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success workflows.
  • Ability to simplify complex systems and design scalable, business-aligned solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Consulting experience a significant plus.
