We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst who can translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions while actively optimizing and configuring the platform.Location: Lisbon, Portugal
As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business requirements with Salesforce capabilities. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand processes, translate needs into well-defined solutions, and configure Salesforce to support efficient, scalable operations. This role combines strong analytical thinking, hands-on Salesforce configuration, and collaboration within a broader Salesforce governance model. You’ll be responsible for driving continuous improvements to the Salesforce platform, supporting adoption, and ensuring solutions align with best practices and business goals. The role location is Lisbon only. Please note we don't offer any relocation assistance for the role.
