Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day store operations in Vilnius. Please note that this is an in-person role, on a 6-months contract with strong potential to become permanent. The standard working schedule is 9:00–18:00, with flexibility to work outside of these hours when required. Availability to work in shifts and on the weekends, early morning or nights if needed. This position offers a gross annual salary of 24,000 EUR.Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

About the role

In this role, you will support hands-on operational processes in our store, including accepting deliveries and picking orders, coordinating staff, helping ensure SOP compliance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly while learning on the job.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for SOP compliance, implementation, and auditing (Food Safety, Health & Safety, store processes related to picking and packing, goods acceptance and returns, quality and expiry checks, inventories, etc.).
Supporting, training and overseeing store staff in the picking process, and making sure the store is in optimal condition, with a comfortable working environment.
Control that all KPIs are in line with our operating standards.
Responsible for shift planning in accordance with budget.
Managing supplier invoices and returns, and acting as the direct point of contact with Supply Chain and Commercial teams for store-related topics requiring quick response, and vice versa.
Acting as the direct point of contact with other Bolt teams for store-related matters.

About you:

Availability to work in different stores according to business needs, including occasionally outside of normal working hours, and availability to cover last-minute operational urgencies.
Previous relevant experience in operations management, supply chain/warehouse management, business development, preferably in retail, e-commerce, HoReCa or a related industry.
Proven track record of achieving quality metrics and operational targets through process and framework improvements, with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data to support decision-making.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality.
Highly organized, able to meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, including good written and verbal communication in English.
