Operations Coordinator

The Bolt Drive Operations Coordinator is responsible for efficient "Incident Resolution"—the critical moment where customer service meets risk management. Your main purpose is to manage the workflow of vehicle damages and claims, assessing liability to drive the right customer outcome. Rather than just processing tasks, you act as the objective link between the incident report and the final resolution. Your goal is to review the facts of a damage case, apply Bolt’s policies to determine the correct next steps, and guide the customer through the resolution process. You will balance financial recovery—ensuring Bolt is reimbursed for valid damages—with a customer-centric approach, ensuring that every interaction is professional and helpful, even when fines or fees are involved. Additionally, you will categorize these incidents to help us improve and build the logic and rules required to automate these processes, making Bolt Drive smarter and more efficient. This is a full-time fixed-term contract employment (Maternity cover) opportunity.Location: Prague, Czech Republic
