Execution & Ownership: Take full ownership of initiatives from analysis to implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality execution. Translate strategy into actionable plans, drive hands-on delivery and ensure measurable impact on operational performance and business growth.
Improving operations: Scale and improve country operations by reviewing current and defining new workflows. Solve problems including but not limited to, pricing optimization, fraud decrease, refunds optimization, timely delivery to bring savings and drive orders growth.
Project Management: Help identify and work closely with other teams in order to resolve the most challenging issues in country operations. Manage local projects so they align with country and HQ requirements.
Strategy and Ops Manager support: Support Strategy and Operations Manager in driving analysis and decision-making for strategic decisions.
Team and Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration within local teams, central team and external partners to ensure seamless collaborations and delivery of projects and KPIs.
