Senior Operations Specialist

We are looking for a driven and analytical Senior Operations Specialist to join our team in Latvia. The annual gross salary for this role starts from 32,000 EUR, depending on experience and skills.Location: Riga, Latvia

About the role

As a Senior Operations Specialist, you will directly contribute to marketplace performance and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. You will own key operational workstreams end-to-end, improve planning processes, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to unlock sustainable growth.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and execution of strategic plans and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
Support the monthly and quarterly forecast planning process to ensure accurate budget and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) alignment.
Own the analysis and review of the performance of city portfolios. Turn findings into clear actions and follow through on delivery.
Ensure proper configuration of city-specific settings to align with operational goals.
Analyze driver earnings data to ensure fair compensation and operational efficiency.

About you:

BSc in Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in an analytical role.
Strong ability to interpret data, independently own complex problems, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Python, and BI/data visualization tools is a strong advantage.
Experience with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and written skills in English and Latvian.
