Lead Recruiter, Global Operations

Join our Global Operations Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in hiring across Bolt’s global Ops function. You’ll be instrumental in building the teams that enable our business to scale and operate effectively worldwide. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of the organisation, partnering with leaders across multiple functions to attract, assess, and hire the people who keep Bolt moving forward.Location: Tallinn, Estonia

About the role

As Lead Recruiter for Global Operations, you’ll shape and execute Bolt’s global hiring strategy and you’ll own hiring for senior and business-critical roles, optimise recruitment processes through data, mentor and support the TA team, and focus on productivity, efficiency, DEI, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Design and implement a scalable global recruitment strategy aligned with business growth.
Leverage data to monitor key recruiting metrics and provide strategic insights.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for critical roles across regions and functions.
Build and maintain a strategic talent pipeline, staying updated on global talent trends.
Enhance employer branding and drive diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
Mentor team members and collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve onboarding and recruitment processes.

About you:

You have 10+ years in global talent acquisition with a strong track record in strategic recruitment and senior-level stakeholder management.
You have expertise in sourcing and hiring across diverse functions and regions, particularly in competitive markets.
You have strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills to engage with executive stakeholders.
You have excellent data analysis, communication, and consulting skills.
You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
You have a bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
