Job Description:We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Software Trainer to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and support to our clients in the wealth management sector, ensuring they maximize the value of our SaaS products. You will conduct personalized 1:1 training sessions, host weekly office hours, develop training programs and materials, and foster strong client relationships.Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging 1:1 training sessions to clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our SaaS products and how to effectively utilize them in their wealth management practices.- Host weekly office hours to address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback for product improvement.- Develop and maintain training programs tailored to various user skill levels, including onboarding programs for new clients and advanced workshops for experienced users.- Create training materials such as user guides, tutorials, and video demonstrations to supplement training sessions and enhance user learning.- Collaborate closely with product development teams to relay user feedback and insights for continuous product enhancement.- Foster strong client relationships through responsive support and ongoing communication, resulting in high satisfaction and retention rates.Qualifications:- Previous experience as a software trainer or similar role, preferably in the wealth management or financial services industry.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.- Proven ability to develop training programs and materials that meet the needs of users with varying skill levels.- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service and support.- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.- Certification in training or related field is a plus.Benefits:- Competitive salary- Health, dental, and vision insurance- Paid time off- Professional development opportunities
