What you'll do:

8 weeks of training with CEO and sales team to learn the business inside and out
Make calls and establish relationships with top production companies
Close new and existing customers
Negotiate prices with customers
Provide proactive and honest communication, internally and externally

What you need:

Availability to work full-time, 100% in-office
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and demonstrating consistent revenue growth.
Determination to outwork anyone
Strong negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
College degree preferred - not required
Drive, ambition, and motivation to win.

What’s in it for you:

$45,000 minimum base salary + uncapped commission
Average Year 1 earnings: $75,000
Average Year 2 earnings: $180,000
