Key Responsibilities
- Review legal and non-legal invoices for accuracy and compliance
- Apply client-specific billing guidelines and industry standards
- Communicate with law firms regarding billing discrepancies
- Manage invoice workflows efficiently and independently
- Approve invoices for payment after detailed review
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance targets
- Support development and refinement of billing protocols
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Insurance defense OR
- Complex litigation
- Strong understanding of legal billing practices
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
