We are hiring a Business Development Specialist to drive growth through new business development, client relationship management, and data-driven sales operations. This role combines proactive outreach with analytical support to help scale sales efforts effectively.

You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, re-engaging past clients, and converting inbound leads into active sales conversations. The role also involves supporting CRM management, sales analytics, and reporting to provide insights that improve performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple industries
* Re-engage and recover previous client relationships
* Convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
* Conduct market research and build targeted prospect lists
* Maintain and optimize CRM data and sales activity tracking

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
* 2–5 years of sales or business development experience
* Strong CRM and data analysis skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Ability to manage multiple sales cycles and priorities
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
