UI/UX Designer (Temporary, Part-Time)

Overview
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to help shape the next evolution of our B2B SaaS platform. This temporary, part-time role is perfect for a designer who thrives on turning insights into elegant, user-centered solutions. You’ll bring creativity, speed, and an eye for accessibility while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead discovery activities: user research, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Turn insights into wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
- Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation and iteration.
- Test for usability and accessibility, ensuring WCAG compliance.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and data scientists in an Agile environment.
- Advocate for user-centered design while balancing business and technical needs.
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design for multi-platform digital products.
- Demonstrated experience with primary and secondary research (e.g., user interviews, heuristic evaluations, card sorting, co-creation workshops).
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin).
- Familiarity with AI-powered prototyping/design tools.
- Experience in wireframing, low/high-fidelity prototyping, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/Section 508).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, including writing user stories and contributing to sprint planning.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey design concepts to stakeholders.
- Curiosity, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset.
- Portfolio that includes web product design preferably Saas
