About Perceptyx

At Perceptyx, we’re on a mission to help organizations turn employee insights into measurable impact. Our employee experience platform leverages the science of listening, behavioral nudges, and predictive analytics to help clients elevate engagement, retention, and performance. We’re a team of innovators fueled by purpose, collaboration, and excellence — and we’re looking for someone who wants to play at the highest level.

The Role

The Product Deployment Manager is a critical individual contributor within the Product team responsible for helping new and emerging capabilities successfully move from roadmap to real-world customer deployment.
This role is designed for products and capabilities that are net new to the business, technically complex, or require a more hands-on deployment motion to succeed in the enterprise market. A central focus of this role is our headless delivery strategy: bringing Perceptyx capabilities into customer environments through APIs, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and the AI assistants customers already use, such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
Acting as a bridge between Product strategy, customer implementation realities, and long-term productization, you will ensure that new capabilities are not only built, but are deployable, adoptable, and able to mature into scalable offerings. Please note: This role does not manage people.

What You’ll Do

  • Product Deployment & Support: Serve as the deployment lead for emerging, technically complex product capabilities (integrations, APIs, automation, and platform services). Act as a customer-facing point of contact for technical implementation discussions below core architecture design.
  • Productization & Readiness: Translate real-world customer deployment scenarios and consumption signals into structured productization recommendations (workflow improvements, pricing/entitlement data, feature gaps, and evaluation cases for agent-facing capabilities).
  • Technical Enablement & Trust Governance: Build onboarding materials, implementation guides, and technical FAQs. Own the customer-facing trust package for agent-based deployments—handling data-scoping explanations, guardrail behavior, and model usage answers for security reviews.
  • Integration & Migration Support: Support customer adoption of strategic integration capabilities (HRIS, ATS, API-based, and automation-driven patterns). Shape and operationalize migration paths from legacy, custom-scripted, or file-based workflows onto newer, standardized integration models.
  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address deployment friction, operational risks, unclear software ownership, and readiness gaps that impact enterprise adoption.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 4+ years in Product Operations, Technical Program Delivery, Solutions Engineering, Technical Implementation, Product Enablement, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Technical & AI Acumen: Strong practical understanding of APIs, integrations, automation patterns, and data flows. You have a working understanding of how AI assistants consume software capabilities and what it takes to deploy them into enterprise agent environments.
  • Communication & Synthesis: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical criteria into business values for non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Enablement & Content: Experience creating technical documentation, implementation checklists, repeatable workflows, and enablement assets.
  • Ambidextrous Mindset: Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, emerging spaces where processes are still evolving, while maintaining sharp attention to execution detail.
  • Education: Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customer tech teams on architectural, governance, or security reviews.
  • Familiarity with developer-facing capabilities such as SDKs, webhooks, or MCP-related patterns.
  • Specific domain experience in HR Tech, employee experience software, survey platforms, or enterprise analytics environments.

Our Interview Process & AI Transparency

Compliance Note: Required for Ontario (Bill 149) and North American transparency standards.
At Perceptyx, we value your time and want our interviewers to be fully engaged in the conversation.
  • Note-Taking: We use Metaview.ai to record and summarize our interviews. This allows our hiring team to focus on you rather than typing notes, ensuring a fairer and more accurate evaluation of your experience.
  • AI Disclosure: While we use AI to assist in summarizing interview data, all final hiring decisions are made by Perceptyx employees. We do not use automated tools as the sole basis for selecting or rejecting candidates.
  • Your Choice (Opt-Out): Participation in recorded interviews is voluntary. If you prefer not to have your interview recorded via Metaview, please notify your recruiter at the start of the session. Opting out will not negatively impact your candidacy.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range:
  • US: $130,000-$140,000 USD per year.
  • Canada: $150,000-$180,000 CAD per year.
    • Note: Final compensation is determined by factors including experience, geography, and skills.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; [401k/RRSP] matching; generous PTO and paid holidays; parental leave; and professional development budget.

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
