About Perceptyx

At Perceptyx, we're on a mission to help organizations turn employee insights into measurable impact. Our AI-enabled employee experience platform leverages the science of listening, behavioral nudges, and predictive analytics to help clients elevate engagement, retention, and performance. We're a team of innovators fueled by purpose, collaboration, and excellence, and we're looking for someone who wants to play at the highest level.
Role Summary
Perceptyx's Content Marketing Manager owns the writing that turns employee experience insight into content people actually read and act on. You'll pair hands-on editorial craft with AI-assisted production to run our blog, research reports, guidebooks, and web content, our number one pillar for pipeline, funnel engagement, ecosystem growth, and thought leadership.
What You'll Do
Strategic Content Architecture
  • Write and optimize content across priority industries and personas, balancing top-of-funnel thought leadership with bottom-of-funnel conversion assets: long-form research, customer stories, guidebooks, whitepapers, SEO/AEO-optimized web pages, and full ownership of our blog.
  • Master the narrative for Employee Experience (EX) and Learning & Development (L&D) audiences, so content speaks directly to what keeps EX and L&D leaders up at night.
Modern Search & Authority (SEO/AEO)
  • Partner with Digital Marketing to move beyond keywords and optimize content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), positioning Perceptyx as the source of truth for AI-driven search queries and LLMs.
Editorial Systems & AI Innovation
  • Drive continued integration of AI writing tools into our workflow, and define how we use AI to scale production without losing the soul of our brand or our editorial integrity.
  • Work directly with consultants and subject matter experts to get better content out faster. Build the relationships and AI workflows that make that possible, without cutting corners.
Brand Voice & Quality Control
  • Exceptional Writing & Editorial Craft: edit and elevate content from internal subject matter experts so it's human-centric and built to convert. Brand Voice Owner: you're the last check on brand voice before it ships.
  • Find the emotional core of people-analytics data and turn complex insights into narratives that move CHROs and business leaders to act.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Revenue Marketing: own the blog end-to-end, schedule, copy, optimization, author mix, focus mix, and performance.
  • Workforce Transformation Consultants: help write, polish, and deliver our research and benchmark reports, our highest-performing content pillar.
  • Product Marketing: turn technical product overviews into compelling web pages, blogs, and launch content.
  • Customer Advocacy: turn client wins into case studies and video testimonials.
  • Jump into other content or marketing work as priorities shift.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in content marketing or editorial, preferably B2B SaaS. HR Tech experience is a plus, not required.
  • You're a writer first, able to turn dry data or complex HR consulting concepts into high-tension, narrative-driven content, whether that's ghostwriting as a consultant, a customer story, a product blog, or a landing page.
  • A track record of working with subject matter experts to translate their insight for a digital audience while keeping the Perceptyx point of view consistent.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and AEO fundamentals, and the ability to turn search and audience-intent insight into authoritative, audience-first content.
  • Hands-on experience building AI prompt libraries and workflows that speed up research and first drafts without losing brand voice or factual accuracy. Claude experience is a strong plus.
  • A systems mindset: you build editorial workflows, repurposing frameworks, and content audits as readily as you write.
  • Comfort using behavioral, search, conversion, and pipeline data to evaluate and improve content over time.
Physical Requirements
This role is primarily sedentary, home-office based, with extensive computer use. You'll frequently sit, stand, and communicate verbally, and use manual dexterity for keyboard and mouse work. Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds unassisted may apply.

Our Interview Process & AI Transparency

At Perceptyx, we value your time and want our interviewers to be fully engaged in the conversation.
  • Note-Taking: We use Metaview.ai to record and summarize our interviews. This allows our hiring team to focus on you rather than typing notes, ensuring a fairer and more accurate evaluation of your experience.
  • AI Disclosure: While we use AI to assist in summarizing interview data, all final hiring decisions are made by Perceptyx employees. We do not use automated tools as the sole basis for selecting or rejecting candidates.
  • Your Choice (Opt-Out): Participation in recorded interviews is voluntary. If you prefer not to have your interview recorded via Metaview, please notify your recruiter prior to the start of the session. Opting out will not negatively impact your candidacy.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range:
  • Canada: $110,000 - $150,000 CAD per year.
  • Note: Final compensation is determined by factors including experience, geography, and skills.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; RRSP matching; generous PTO and paid holidays; parental leave; and professional development budget.

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
